Indeed, Alopecia Areata is a totally different illness.
Sometimes it resolves by itself, and all the hair is restored.
In other cases, it persists. Maybe PRP is efficient to treat these bad cases, I don’t know. But probably Greco and Jones don’t know either.
So, I think posting this photo is a total manipulation and I am quite sad that Dr. Jones has joined these dirty tactics.
If Jones wants to show that PRP cures A.Areata, no problem, but:
- He must prove that PRP cures A.Areata in the persistant cases that don’t resolve by themselves.
- He should make very clear to the readers, that A.Areata has nothing to do with common baldness.
