lots have used nizoral cream and done well with it, but be prepared for a shed
i dont even hang out on this board so i felt compelled to post

i thickened my top frontal hair quite a bit with niz cream, after two months it was quite remarkable, but then i got a very noticeable shed so i stopped, it took about 6 months to really recover
overall it looks better now than before, way better, but i got so spooked by the shed i am afraid to go back on it again, silly fear
what is your current regimen and state of your hair

currently im between 5 to 6 norwood and my hair didnt stop shedding since 8 years.
recently, for the last month, it stopped shedding ( i mean i dont c any hair on the pillow nor when i pass my hand over my hair , nth comes out, even with the shower just a few) but the thing is that i c less density on my head and the denser spots getting light.
so i really dont know whats going on.
i suffer from sebhorric dermatisis.
i started taking this chinese medicine, pills, daily for two months and plus
saw palmetto and pygem ( i followed ur advise) but still couldnt find the nettles and the vitamin.
i followed one of the threads the other day and i remember u saying that u stopped shedding and even got improvemnt with ur regime?
is that true or i misunderstood

where are u located? in the USA? If so its easy to find the maxi hair, or go to vitacost.com they ship most any country
are u eating a high salt diet? or high animal protein, what is your diet like?
Yes i stopped my fallout from 300 hairs per day down to about 20 within 30 days after i started the saw palmetto, make sure you buy STANDARDIZED saw palmetto, they sell it at GNC their brand or buy another if u can find it, i buy that here in Manila from GNC
yes i got a lot of thickening in my thin areas, a lot but a lot of that i think was stopping the shedding and the normal replacement hair was finally allowed to stay on my head instead of falling out. my hair thickened immensely over the years, in the thin areas, the bald areas did not respond but those had been bald for 10 yrs or more before i added dht blockers

pygeum extract (13%phytosterols). i think eachpill contains 25mg. i take one daily. i noticed u r taking 500mg daily ??? how many mg is each pill u take?
i have to say that i use lots of salt . and i do eat meat every 2 days.

are u shedding now? or how is your fallout?
yes have to say , i am a saltoholic if that exists.
just since last month i c not many actual hairs falling, on the pillow or when i pass my fingers through my hair , just a little bit.
but as in the overall look of my hair , it seems that it is still shedding as the denser parts are getting way less.

the only possible help i can think of for all that salt is to drink a lot of water that will possibly dissolve it and keep it from entering the blood stream i am not sure if that is valid though
you must not care as much as most guys about their hair, we have guys here who will sandpaper their scalp for hair, or take cancer drugs with all kinds of side effects
if you cannot even reduce the salt in your diet, when you know its killing your hair, you dont care that much about losing your hair, in my opinion

My results…stopped the loss and thickened up the thin areas. Some regrowth along the hairline. This is over 4+ years…with many different products.
Re your other posts…I think the reason why you don’t see much posted here about success with topicals is because there’s hardly anybody around here anymore. I think some of that has to do with the way the forum is set up 
i do care very very much , otherwise wouldn’t have gone throuh these eshausting operations.

but of course i wouldn t go as far as using crazy stuff like avodart, and experimentation with chemicals.
i think people in this forum have gone carzy by paying 7$ per graft, but as they say , u would do anything for it , thereby the forum baldies are justifying the outrageous prices of the merciless doctors.
i mean i think its the most expensive " plastic surgery"
and te doctors think that we should be thankful for their changing our lifes. but they should be thinking that they got us on the hook, drained our money, and gave us the illusion of good results.

20k for 4400 fue or 20k for the fue and the bosley grafts? did you get any body hair grafts?
