We could probably recover a pleasing amount of hair quickly

these are the ramblings of a madman…

if dr nigam cannot entirely trust his staff to place the grafts correctly, then it is his duty to supervise the procedure or to conduct it himself until his staff is trained appropriately. To say it was not dr nigam himself, but rather a member of his staff that made the mistake is absolutely ridiculous.

Unlike a clinic, Dr Nigam is to be held personally responsible since he was in charge of supervising the actual procedure. The clinic is only to be held responsible if there was clear indication that the doctor being hired was in any shape of form incompetent. If not then I doubt the clinic can be held accountable.

You could say that of any doctor or clinic or hospital.

Years ago there was a story about a young woman from another country who got a major organ transplant at one of America’s most prestigious hospitals. The doctor who did the work was one of the most acclaimed doctors in the world for this kind of surgery. The woman died because of a mistake made by the doctor. The hospital reprimanded the doctor for making a mistake.

The hospital got as much blame as the doctor because the hospital hired the doctor. But the hospital didn’t actually make the mistake itself. Every hospital in the world, including the finest hospitals in the world, have had medical staff that have made mistakes.

So are you never going to go to any hospital in the world again?[/quote]

All those years of using hair medicines with alcohol vehicles on your head have left you with very few functioning brain cells.

There’s noting ridiculous about factually stating that Dr. Nigam didn’t do the implantation himself, if in fact he didn’t do the implantation himself. And in fact, he didn’t. You are confusing legal responsibility issues with factual issues.

I did not say that Dr. Nigam is not responsible if one of his technicians made an error. Rather my point was directed at the circulating notion that Dr. Nigam is so untrained that he does not know how to implant follicles properly.

And you seem to be suggesting that Dr. Nigam has taken no corrective action to prevent the technician who allegedly implanted the follicles incorrectly from doing so again, but you have no proof of that. For all you know he has taken corrective action.

Medical staff persons at every hospital and clinic in the world have made mistakes, including at the clinic where you are having hair transplant work done. So stop letting them work on your own empty head since you’re supporting the campaign to forever reject Dr. Nigam because of an alleged error by one of his medical staff. Of course some medical staff person (maybe more than one) at the clinic you’re going to has made an error(s). And if you talked to the victim(s) of the mistake(s) by the clinic you’re going to that person/people would badmouth the clinic you’re going to. But of course you do business with that clinic anyway.

In the case I referred to both the hospital and doctor were sued and they both settled out of court and paid significant damages.
