Well my post was to some other poster(I must have to change the settings in here or something)…but yeah, you too 
I need to upgrade my regimen on here again. Currently am not using the Lamas topical(but do plan to again in the near future) but am using Elsom’s Terminal 1 with added apple stem cells.
