Post-op pics sara armani 2500 fue grafts
Awesome result and transformation. You look great, I am happy for you.
Thanks MMA!
Fantastic results. No strip can compare to these FUE results. Thanks for the update.
wow! you have tons of hair! Speechless. I dont know what to make of it,
Id have to agree with the last comment…you have tons of hair! Even with it soaking wet it looks great. After seeing lots of hair transplant pictures you can see a lot of imperfections with wet hair, but yours looks very dense. Congrats.

Is that wet hair or he actually had some hair products in his hair? btw, golfjunkie how old are you?
Woah!! All you need now is an electric guitar and some groupies and you’re a rock star!
Can one of the admin fix this thread so it views properly? The pics make it stretch out horizontally. Thanks.

Problem corrected.
Thank you guys for the comments…yes, that is my hair wet, straight out of the shower, no products…one of my main goals was to be able to swim again and not be so insecure about my hair…problem solved now…I’m 35
That’s a gorgeous head of hair, you should be thrilled, it will never work for someone my age but I am happy for you.
Wow! Sara Armani did a terrific job. You must be thrilled with your results. Congratulations on an awesome head of hair!
By the way, let me bring everyone’s attention to his temple angle closesures. Look at the before and after temples. That is what you call a work of art. I’ve seen good transplants with other surgeons as well, but they ALWAYS lack the temple angle closures. A++

What s with this picture? Is that how you normally style your hair
great results btw, I hope you are using meds religiously for maintenance.
Ha…no, I don’t style my hair like that…my girlfriend would laugh at me
Golfjunkie, would you be available to meet?
there is no question the result is amazing
my only question is what happens when you continue to thin behind the tranplanted temples all the way back to lets say a NW 6…then you only have maybe 4000 grafts left…possibly 5000 to 5500…not many at all
how will you continue to match this thick frontal hairline? it will look ridiculous at that point and you wont have the donor hair to use to fix it
this is my only problem with these agressive docs and patients, there is not an unlimited supply of donor hair, in fact the supply is inversely related to the amount of hair loss
if you go to a NW6 or NW7, you will have no way in the world to chase that balding scalp, and instead of looking naturally bald, you will have a thick frontal hairline AND TEMPLES with a huge bald area behind it, very unnatural looking and a bit freakish
ever think of that?

Finasteride or Dutasteride. He will undboutably be on it if he is not already. Getting a HT without using these is very risky in my opinion. A man would do well to be on one of these for a year to see if he has unpleasant side effects from them before getting a surgery done. If he tolerates them with no problems, fine. If he has sides that are too intense, he’d be advised not to get the surgery. Pharmaceutical companies are working on topical anti-androgens (Pfizer, and an Italian company) for acne/alopecia as we speak. A few years down the line a man might be able to get prescripts for anti-androgen creams, mousses, or sprays that halt further MPB with no side effects.
This man is almost certainly educated on Finasteride and Dutasteride, and I’d bet he is on them. If he’s not using anything, then he is taking quite a chance, but I doubt that is the case.

Benji, that is an excellent pt, it’s best for ppl to start using finas/dutas way before getting a HT just to see if there are any side effects, otherwise they would be royally screwed getting a HT and not being to use finas/dutas to maintain the hair.
