In vitro hair doubling+stem cell & DP Cells, 2500 G to 5000 G @Dr. Nigam’s
We did 2500 grafts hairdoubling to 5000grafts on day0.We extracted 2500grafts from the donor with0.5mm punch and bisected the graft at the level of dermal papilla.Boosted these grafts with progenitor stemcells+dp cells=ecm+growth factors+prp. As you can see the patient is complete growth at the recipient. All the bisected grafts were implanted at the recipient not at the donor. This patient is adermatologist from delhi .
This patient will receive 3000 grafts doubling to 6000 in next 2 days and hence will be a case of 5500 grafts double to 11000 grafts thus will be converting from NW5/6 to NW2/1. He is 27 years old Dermatologist who also perform hair transplant from Delhi, India.Freddie this for you ,we hope e can convert this case fromNW5/6 to NW1/2 after his second session in next two days.NEVERSAYNEVER also listened to my conversation with this patient( doctor)

Further pictures after doubling of 3000 grafts to 6000 grafts will be provided next week.

Activated progenitor stem cells + DP cell + ECM + PRP + Growth Factor were also injected into the 5000 G

Bisection of the graft just above the Dermal Papilla

Great work Dr Nigam

I’m really excited about these developments and hope to pay you a visit later on this year :ok:

Thanks Dr. Nigam for updates.

I wanted to alert you as to present the photos before and after:

Often in your photos you do not see the situation well after the operation. The pictures are made unclear and do not understand how you are engaged: drawing, where he worked, proximity grafts, etc. etc…

This is an example:

Great presentation so far of this case. Pictures and documentation are much better. Can’t wait to see the next pictures.

No fakery here. This patient is real.

Nice to see alot of 2 hair grafts. Nice documentation. I really hope my receipient and donor are as well healed 11 days in, im very scabby right now.

Im surprised this patient doesnt want to replenish his donor. If he saved his donor he could just keep going (in theory) upto maybe 15k grafts.

If my procedure works, I wont stop until I have a nice illusion of a full head of hair, which I think would take around 6000 grafts more.

I agree that Dr Nigams documentation is steadily improving. I hope we see more such comparative results from the same angle etc. Particularly it will be important that we see results after 6 months and 1 year since this will show the true extent of what is achievable.

Agree on that, these are the best photos I’ve seen of any HT case, anywhere.

you could be right on that… these really are excellent pictures.

I also agree the pictures are good, however still doesn’t prove regrowth efficacy in donor and recipient. To prove this will require 10 grafts being dissected in vitro and the 20 split grafts planted into a completely bald scalp (no other surrounding hair) showing evidence of growth (hairs longer than when planted) of 20 grafts or close to. for dr nigams invivo technique the same but with 10 grafts growing in recipient bald scalp, donor 10 graft regeneration will be more difficult to prove unless each donor graft is tattooed. All recipient hair to date has been 5 day pictures of the recipient hair as it was on day 0. How do we know these are not dead hairs. I look forward to dr nigams earlier cases showing the exact follicles that were implanted but at a longer length. perhaps also including pictures of a pull test on these new hairs.

Dear Antinorwood,
18th day pics of hair doubling of the patient mentioned in this thread,
all the grafts were implanted at the recipient.
These pics were sent to me on mail today by the patient himself,
hence pic quality not what i desired,in-spite of that, we can see the follicles growing at the recipient, you can have a look at his before pics at the beginning of the thread.
Patient says there is no shedding and he is happy with his results so far.
What you see here is the bisected distal elongated follicles and with time you will also see the bisected proximal dermal papilla sprouting out.
Will keep you all updated.

thank you doctor

I agree with you, the photos are not of a good quality and still too early to make any assessment. we shall see what the 6 week photos look like. since it appears you are perfecting your photography skills you can give this HT doc some photography advice. As you would appreciate the photos need to be at a quality where an observer can distinguish between 1s, 2s and 3s FUs.

thankyou for taking the time to post progress, this is another case worth following.

Dr. Nigam, I haven’t really followed your work closely until recently. Can you tell me whether the follicles are bisected vertically or horizontally?

HMorHT,
Transversally at the level of DP in some grafts and little higher in few other grafts.Bisection was done invitro outside the scalp under magnification.

Traversally means cutting across horizontally from left to right, not vertically from top to bottom? Am I right?

In the end, Doctor this patient received 5.000 or 11.000 grafts?

5000 grafts doubled to 10000 grafts.

dr nigam

thank you for taking the time to post updates. perhaps another update in 6 weeks. it would be good if the patient can take pictures of the same angles from your post op photos in the next update.

looks like most implanted hairs have shed.

This patient will receive 3000 grafts doubling to 6000 in next 2 days and
hence will be a case of 5500 grafts double to 11000 grafts thus will be
converting from NW5/6 to NW2/1.
Freddie this for you ,we hope e can convert this case from NW5/6 to NW1/2
after his second session in next two days

Thank you Dr. Nigam.

The proof of a cure is to transform a NW 5/6 into a NW 1/2.

But I have to clarify something important. By NW 1/2 i mean a real NW 1/2. Not just the appearance of a NW 1/2 hairline. A NW 1/2 has approx 100,000 hairs on his head +/- 10000.

Merely increasing 5500 to 11000 is only 10% of the way there.

If you truly have the cure, you will turn him into a 100k NW 1/2.

I’ll watch this case closely over the next 9 to 12 months nevertheless. I’m hoping for the best. Please keep us updated with good quality pics (front, crown, top and sides) at the 6, 9 and 12 month mark.

Dr. Nigam,

What’s going on with this case? Do you have some news? Pictures? This could be the real proof of efficacy…guys what do you think???
