What was he thinking ? dude you had a full head of hair, I would send you home if I were the doctor. Did he put the grafts in between existing hair? It had to be, otherwise I cant see where else he would put the grafts. So how long it took when you lost all the hair on top?

After hearing your story, I was not going to sit, and suffer in Silence anymore, I feel the pain and emotion scars that this situation has caused me, Not only do we put trust in doctors, but we also finically end up with a loss as well. I know that it has taken a long time to deal with this. I am not going to remain silent! I am now looking to repair this horror. So when did this happen to you? Dio you have before pictures? How long ago was this?

The idea was to strenghing the frontal core. That was the postion taken. He did put the grafts inbetween, but in that proccess damaged the orginal hair. resulting in what you see today. It took about 6-7 months.
“Once we have this information we can confirm in fact if you are our patient and then we can discuss your options.”
Yeah, I am sure that he made up the story on a whim. Confirm this, moron.

Aint that the truth! Thats what always got to me, I actually paid good money to look like this. The plant was a while back, I have been dealing with it for over two years. I gave it ample time to grow, even tried to use will power to make it grow. Did not work though. I don’t know what I did with them, the before pics. You can basically can tell what my hair looked like before. All the dense areas of hair are their naturally. All the sparse crazy looking nonsense was put their. I wasted a good bit of the last few years hiding out. Feeling fugly, depressed, and not quite human. I have wasted so much time and energy on hopes that did not pan out for me with this HT. Now I want to move on with my life, and get this repair thing started. I know that I am going to have to get FUE, cause their is no way I am risking a worse scar. I also will need to the 2’s and 3’s taken out of the hairline, which their is like 50-70 of them. I will need kenalog shots for the damn ridging, which I hate the most other than the scar. Oh yeah I probably will need another 1500 or so grafts to get some kind of desent density in the already transplanted area. I also have a area of the scar that is like an inch thick, that will need FUE camo as well as the whole scar. So I have alot of work ahead of me. I have to be very carefull as to who I put my trust and future in. I have a short list of docs, but I need to continue with the researching fase of my plan. Its all good though, I don’t want to dwell on the past. I have high hopes for the future. I got some opinions so I am pairtially on my way there. Man I feel really bad for you though. I hope you get some sort of reparations for what happened to you. Shoot at least a refund, or him paying another Doc to fix you up.
What kind of plan do you have?

ThanksJ telecom, why in the hell would I make this up? That just trivialises all the crap I have gone through over the last two years. Add insult to injury why don’t you.
» hairworld2314,

» Logically when a patient is unhappy they would contact the treatment
» doctor directly to discuss their case. To date we have not been contacted

»
» Please provide me with the date of your procedure and the location where

Assuming that hairworld2314 is totally genuine and is your patient, forget about the result for a second; you put the emphasis on him to maintain contact with you. What about your responsibility to keep in contact with your patients over the months, follow ups etc.
hairworld2314:
Yeah, it boggles my mind that they treat their patients in this manner.
Look at this? Ok so now there is debate if this guy actually even got a transplant from Dr. whoever? What is going on here? If this is an actual transplant who in God’s name would do a transplant on the guy in the before picture? He is a Norwood 1/2 at most maybe even 0.
If you are telling the truth did you not know that shock was imminent and that someone was not being truthful here? Is this real JT and others? Someone on another site is saying that this is one clinic putting out a hit on another? Lets all get down to the bottom of this. There is a huge issue here:
- This is a complete lie and they should be reprimanded. OR
- The doctor that did this has a problem with telling folks that they probably don’t need a freakon transplant at this time.
This seems to be the same brown background observered by other posters
It seems to be the same… and you said when you were at that office that the background was the same. Find me more pictures ok colboltti?
Have you consulted with any docs about some repair? I noticed you have two scars also.
Good point Hairtech, it crossed my mind too, why would a doctor agree to give him a HT ? For crying out loud, where is he gonna put the grafts?
You know what, we need to see the immediately post op pics.

Okay, I am sure someone will accuse me of being shills for the doctors for saying this, I think it’s perfectly ok for the doctor not to follow up with the patient, it’s the patient’s responsibility to contact the doctor immediately if something goes wrong after the surgery, if the doctor hasn’t heard from the patient, it’s fair game to assume that everything is a ok.
Thomas75,
Sorry to hear about your experiences. Can you email me hairsite@aol.com with your name and the location where you had the procedure done? It’s just to verify that you are indeed one of Dr. Rahal’s patients. PRIVACY PROTECTED.
Thanks.

So, Is this a Rahal patient or not?
» So, Is this a Rahal patient or not?
Dr. Rahal himself emailed me to say there was concern that there was something mischievous going on.
I agree, this all seems far to sinister.
Thomas, you came on here and made these claims.
Was this procedure done with Dr. Rahal at his clinic in Ottawa?
why did your after pics show 2 strip scars if you only went theere the one time for added density?
no offense, but you are seeming pretty quiet for someone who said they couldnt be quiet anymore.
