» » Aderans is a Japanese funded company you prick.
»
» The entire Aderans team is made up of Americans, you prick. Unless
» “Washenik”, “Lenn”, and “Liebmann” are Japanese lol

what were your so called americans doing before japanese funded them?
they were just getting their ass kicked (just like you) for lying.

Really? NYU was beating up Dr. Washenik?

Hmm, they would be bankrupt like ICX?

BTW - THIS is the reason, why A.R.I. Inc. always mention Aderans Ltd. JAPAN in their press releases:

“The expansion of our study reflects not only the significance of the investment made by Aderans Co. Ltd of Japan, but also our confidence that we’re getting closer to a commercial viable solution to the problems of hair loss,” said Vern Liebmann, Vice President, Operations.”

“This acquisition is a major step forward for ARI,” said Vern Liebmann, Vice President, Operations. “Through
this deal, we’ve been able to consolidate the majority of key patents and know-how in the hair regeneration field,
an achievement that can accelerate our ability to deliver a commercially viable product to market. This acquisition
was only possible thanks to the considerable financial support of Aderans Holdings Company, Ltd., of Japan.

“This is leading edge research in our industry,” said Vern Liebmann, Vice President, Operations. “We’ve been
able to conduct this study largely due to the generous financial backing of Aderans Co. LTD of Japan
, and we’re
collectively very excited to see the results beginning later this year.”

BTW - Who the fu** is “Paul Whitfield” ???

Whitfield is just some lone graduate student who made some noise about developing a better MPB treastment a couple years ago. Of course he hasn’t produced anything of consequence to make us wanna take him seriously since then.

» Plans:
» Phase I-II Singapore fall 2010 50 patients, higher dose-
» at12week endpoint ->start preparing phaseIII 250 patients. 5-country
» pan-Asia.
» Approval in Asia in 2.5 or 3 years

I’m so excited about that news. Thanks Spanish Dude.
That would be just great if they will hold the phaseIII trial in Singapore or somewhere in China. I could just fly over if they accept application.

» I wonder what will happen in totally bald areas. (47% of zero is zero).
» I hope this is tested on the next trials.
»
» » » It seems the board is acting strangely tonight, I didn’t see this
» thread
» » » before. I left this same comment in the other Histogen thread, It’s
» » just
» » » little more info from someone at Histogen in the comments of the link
» » SD
» » » left.
» » »
» » » The question from someone was.
» » »
» » » Histogen says the % change from Baseline to 1 year is
» » +73.61%…
» » » but 179 hairs to 263 hairs is only a +47.21% increase, is it
» » not?
» » »
» » » And this was the response from Histogen
» » »
» » » John,
» » »
» » » Thank you for your comment. You are correct, the numbers shown in the
» » » slides do show a 47.21% increase (179 to 263) which represents the
» » increase
» » » in total hair count. In reviewing the actual numbers in the clinical
» » data,
» » » the 73.61% increase is actually the increase in the terminal hairs in
» » that
» » » subject. So, the numbers on the slide are correct - however, they
» relate
» » to
» » » two different parameters measured (Total Hair Count and Terminal Hair
» » » Count).
» » » We also saw statistical significance in multiple efficacy endpoints
» » » including Total Hair Count, Terminal Hair Count, Thickness and Hair
» » » Thickness Density. Also measured were Velus hair count, rate of
» growth,
» » » etc. Thank you for your astute observation. I think you would agree
» » that
» » » this is very exciting considering it was an injection at baseline
» only.
» » »
» » » Dr. Hubka
» » » Director of Clinical Affairs
» » » Histogen, Inc.
» »
» »
» » This is actually a pretty detailed and honest answer. And important
» here
» » is that it is actually better then expected.
» »
» » I bet they were in such a happy mood that they totally forgot about put
» » this in their sheet ^^
» »
» » So we can say There is an additinal hair grow to the hair and a lot
» more
» » terminal hair, which means all our thin and diffuse hair will be
» terminal
» » again, most of them, and there is additional hair?

So Spanish Dude… DO YOU THINK that Histogen will work for completely bald areas? Are they saying it will only grow a few? This is written in a way that is very confusing to me. I’m not trying to put Histogen down, in fact I do hope they end up the winner. If their HSC works it will be by far the easiest to use. The thing is though this explanation seems to be a overly technical. I like yourself am just wondering one simple question, does it grow hair in bald areas? YES or NO? Since I am sure you don’t have all the facts what do u think? Or is anyone else able to better answer this? I never even really thought about this that hard until now. The more I do the more I actually wonder…

  1. How would Spanish Dude know the answer? He doesn’t work at Histogen, and he certainly can’t see into the future.
  2. Histogen’s explanation is written in a technical fashion because this is a technical problem. Histogen isn’t doing something remedial like the instructions to put some betty crocker icing on your betty crocker cake; they’re trying to grow back some hair.
  3. If you want to know if it will grow back bald areas than you’ll have to wait for Histogen to complete their second phase. Everyone’s got their fingers crossed that it will, but no body can say for certain in the meantime.

Lol, alright rev that sounds like a sound answer to my foolish question. Thx!
