It seems the board is acting strangely tonight, I didn’t see this thread before. I left this same comment in the other Histogen thread, It’s just little more info from someone at Histogen in the comments of the link SD left.

The question from someone was.

Histogen says the % change from Baseline to 1 year is +73.61%… but 179 hairs to 263 hairs is only a +47.21% increase, is it not?

And this was the response from Histogen

John,

Thank you for your comment. You are correct, the numbers shown in the slides do show a 47.21% increase (179 to 263) which represents the increase in total hair count. In reviewing the actual numbers in the clinical data, the 73.61% increase is actually the increase in the terminal hairs in that subject. So, the numbers on the slide are correct - however, they relate to two different parameters measured (Total Hair Count and Terminal Hair Count).
We also saw statistical significance in multiple efficacy endpoints including Total Hair Count, Terminal Hair Count, Thickness and Hair Thickness Density. Also measured were Velus hair count, rate of growth, etc. Thank you for your astute observation. I think you would agree that this is very exciting considering it was an injection at baseline only.

This is actually a pretty detailed and honest answer. And important here is that it is actually better then expected.

I bet they were in such a happy mood that they totally forgot about put this in their sheet ^^

So we can say There is an additinal hair grow to the hair and a lot more terminal hair, which means all our thin and diffuse hair will be terminal again, most of them, and there is additional hair?

I wonder what will happen in totally bald areas. (47% of zero is zero).
I hope this is tested on the next trials.

I think you’ll grow about 80 hairs and that will be a 8000% increase. I think the better question is "what was the dimensions of the test area? Did this growth happen per cm2, in2 or over the entire head.

If it is definitely going to be here in 2015 and its going to be an outstanding treatment from norwood 3 to norwood 7 then i’m happy with that.

Its always been five years away, five years away from 2005,2006,2007,2008,2009 and now from 2010 and more likely before that to!

The big five years away!

ROLL ON HM!

Yeah this Interview was a real Downer.

The long pause after the question " why it didnt work in 15%" was more then 1000 words could ever explain.

Even my optimistic point of view is now on a low

The latest Interview clearly stated 2015 in the USA  Dr Ziering stated this and he did give us some hints about upcoming problems

Also some other interesting facts which are not so extrem good but also not that bad.

The “latest interview” with Dr. Craig Ziering & Spencer Kobrein has been August, 2009!

And the latest interview with Dr. Gail Naughton & Spencer Kobrein (Topic: “Continued Significant Hair Growth at One Year Follow-up” ) has been one month ago!
