Now That Intercytex is Dead… ?

another useless post by Iron_Man and William Rassman.
Hey IronMan, do we have to read between lines here too?

Absolutely! Even between every single letter.

Oh, by the way: I think this post is more useful for others than your “We don’t know” … “I don’t know” … “We don’t know” …“I don’t know” … crap … lol

The only piece of news is that now we are more reslistic than before and don’t expect a cure within 5 years but maybe in 25 or longer.

do consider that scientific knowledge has shown an exponential increase over the past years. Making predictions of what will be in 5 years is very difficult not to mention 25 years from today. Who knows maybe some scientific research group will discover some amazing new hair growth mechanism next tuesday… I think what we are seeing in these trails is but a mere portion of the research that is actually going on behind the scenes. At least i hope it is

Aderans is in phase 2 trial already, so there is a bright spot despite all the bad news.

We have been there before. In 5 years we will be talking about phase 2 of company xxxxx. There will be hope and maybe in 25 years more a cure.

What about TrichoScience? The seem to be quite stealthy and if you look at their site they seem to be building up to something. An announcement last week says they are getting serious about regulatory. You can’t count them out.

Where did you read this announcement??

If Aderans gets out of Stage II hell, then its possible it will be on the market within 5 years. Histogen is talking about getting pan-Asian approval, but it sounds like a lot of crazy-talk from a start-up that’s tried to attract investors.

It’s just as unrealistic to dismiss everything as it is to believe in everything.

We might get it inside of 5-6 years. It’s possible and it’s not unrealistic to think it might happen.

But if ARI, Histogen, Trichoscience all fail in that period, then I think we can safely write it off for 10-15+ years. The only other thing really on the (known) map would be Folica and right now they are pre-clinical.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying write off for 10-15 years. Folica & Trichoscience are two examples of companies coming out of nowhere. There is a good chance that there are other companies/scientists working on a hairloss cure, but haven’t gone public yet.

Hair treatments are such money makers that most companies don’t keep them quiet. They announce them and then reap the investment - just like Histogen is trying to do.

Trichoscience said that they were reaserching for 7-8 years before they came into news. Allergen is looking at latisse for hair loss. These companies never shouted from rooftop.

It’s as if goata007 came back from the dead. I haven’ seen him post in a long time but maybe I just was’t aware. I haven’t written Histogen off just yet but probably will soon (It does look bad for them though). We should know for sure after the lawsuit or next year when they plan their trails in Asia. Obviously, if the still continue them as planned their still in the game. I do have to admit my faith in all of these companies right now is minuscule. Hopefully we get a better idea from this confrence in Austraila. The people working on the “cure” get payed if works or not. Funny, I have wondered that too for a while now. Of course they would be filthy rich if it did work but there still getting payed a descent(at least middle class) wage I would beileve is probably a truth statement. goata007 could be right too though we never know if something new is going to pop up out of no where.

True, if you call 10 years of research and noted results (unproven as they might be in the public eye) out of the blue then anything can happen. I like the fact that they are a dark horse that have managed to raise the capital without anyone knowing about it. Someone knows something and they’re not telling us. I hope for a very good reason.

And neither of them has even started Stage 1 trials, which means they’re both 10 years away (if it works).
