Swanson has a better chelated mineral product, imo. Using Albion’s chelated minerals and other ingreds.

We went through this well over a year ago. I’ve even posted a couple of times when Swanson had a buy 1 get 1 free offer on this stuff. It has much less iron(you have to remember me screaming about the iron content in Kal’s), and they use Albion chelated minerals, along with other ingredients including horsetail(silica).

if anyone asks me i say it is not necessary to take that, and you can just use any good multi mineral…and I have also mentioned try to get one with no additional iron,though i dont mention this all the time…so dont think i forget you jacob, you are always close to our hearts

And no, I’m not looking for anyone to get on my regimen- which is working great btw. So think of some other clever thing to say.

i couldnt care less who takes it who doesnt…if they die from too much iron, oh well

here is a newsflash, that is called sarcasm, nobody is going to die from taking multi minerals
also I could really give a rats ass who follows my regimen and who does not
I dont push it on people, I put it in my sig since so many guys kept asking what is my regimen…
if they ask me about it,i will answer what questions they have. if it works great, if not, oh well, thats life
at least I am more helpful than some people on the board. I do not see anyone saying thanks Jacob you really helped me,some say thanks for researching this, but i have never seen anyone say, gee jacob since i took your advice my hair is doing much better
