» Amen , I am in the exact same boat. I would love to close my temples with
» my groilla hair on my chest/back shoulders but right now bht is not viable.
» I still feel this is an area that needs to be reaserched. Realisticly hair
» cloning is DECADES away. With bht the hair is there we just gotta find a
» way to make it grow. I know feller had a new fue punch design for bht but
» he abandoned it after dr. cole pulled out of the project and feller
» abandoned bht experiments all together.
» There are doctors who offer bht now but the yield is atrocious.
» Some say they wouldnt want bht especially for the hairline since the bht
» will be kinky , but my response is theres plenty of chemical straightners
» that could take care of that problem.

No no, that will not look natural for you using chest hair to close your temples, the best is to use body hair as filler so that they blend in with surrounding native hairs, that’s what I want to do.

FUE is definitely the best way to go if you’re thinking about a hair transplant. For my case when I had my first FUE procedure with Dr. Sara Armani less than a year ago if you take a look at my before/after photo’s that I posted on my journal I barely had any hair on top of my head and I now have a full head of hair. The way that Alvi Armani clinic extract hair from your donor area to almost make it undetectable and give you high density coverage is phenomenal. I am very satisfied with my FUE results and deffinetly recommend Alvi Armani clinic to anyone looking for a great high skilled FUE surgeon.

Hi everyone,

I the FUE seems to be the better way to get a hair transplant. It was particulary important for me not to have a scar in the back of my head. People don’t even know that I’ve had a procedure done. I also healed pretty quickly and I heard it’s a longer healing time with strip. I think it’s worth it and I’m glad I chose this procedure.

Gabriel,

How many grafts did you have? Can you share with us your pictures? You can upload them in the forum, I can create a personal journal for you.

» Pretty good post. Without getting too deep into it, #8 is probably the most
» important and overlooked fact.
»
» This is why more donor is available with FUE.
»
»
» 8.selection of follicles - Fue allows us to SELECT the
» follicles one by
» one. This means we can specifically choose the follicles needed
» depending on where these follicles are going to be grafted. Singles in
» the
» hairline, doubles and triples towards the back. With strip you are
» limited
» to the follicles cut out of the scalp. This is often overlooked.
Yes good points. Must make a difference when you can pick the right hairs for the right area.

Yes, a big advantage with FUE is we can hand pick the follicals you wish to use. So for someone who needs more coverage, more doubles, triples and quads can be picked, in essence more hairs.
