lol When you say helmet hair I’m assuming your speaking about the density & thicknessand from my understanding everyone wants density; who doesn’t? DO people go to clinics and ask for semidense or sparsely hair?
Take into account his previous look, he seriously looked like he was in his late 30’s or early 40’s. Now he looks in his late 20’s. Wouldn’t you or anyone else want dense thick hair?

ipod, I think you could probably give the doctor an idea of what type of hairline your wanting. I was 46 when I had my HT with Armani and he pretty much followed where my hairline was. I did not opt for the “helmut” hairline.

Who doesn’t like Armani’s thick hairlines? But there are other things to consider too, I will be 50 soon, having a thick head of hair is not as important to me, Cole’s less is more hairstyles are actually more appealing to me at this stage in my life. The other thing is donor preservation, I don’t want to be too aggresive treating the hairline and end up not having enough donor left for other areas when I need it one day.

Johnp lets look at the patient in this very thread. He received a thick Armani hairline but that was not all. Dr. Armani also transplanted into zones tww, 3 AND the crown, all which were very thin. Dr. Armani is a master at achieving a very dense look while still getting maximum coverage for the grafts used.
Still using this patient as an example, he has used less then 5,500 grafts,so he has plenty of grafts left in his donor if he needs to address any other areas in the future.
Let’s not forget that most HT patients are going to have sought a fairly low hairline by the time they’ve had 4500 grafts done just within the few years Armani has done FUE. I don’t think it’s much of a shocker that this guy has it low.

Those are really impressive results…that is a dense thick head of hair, congrats to that guy. Makes me want to go get a second procedure right away…lol.

Wow! This has got to be the best Ht outcome many of us here have ever seen! It’s really good to see overhead shots of the crown too which display just how much of a success this HT was. The guy must be absolutely thrilled with his hair now!
Having looked at these photo’s again… it just blows me away at how amazing this procedure was…
Without a doubt this is the best example of Dr Armani’s work & I didnt expect anyone’s procedure to beat Jeff’s FUSS from a few years ago…

Hopefully if someone is interested in a procedure they take the time to meet patients like this one. I think it is crucial to see the results up close in person. Videos and pictures are good, but obviously nothing can beat the real thing. I can thank my meeting with a patient for helping me decide to go ahead with my choice. Sharing from my experience it is an absolute must.
