A highly respected HT clinic may be able to repair the damage depending on the situation. It usually takes a lot of additional HT grafting to help hide the bad work so it will be expensive. But the repair work can sometimes be very effective if you did not have too much grafting already done by the bad doctor.
Some clinics have a reputation for doing good repair work on bad HTs that other clinics did in the past. HT repairs can be more difficult than working on a fresh scalp, so this is something to consider when choosing another HT clinic.

Aman sorry for you sitting in that disgraceful doctor’s chair. The good and lucky part is this can be fixed and made to look like no hair transplant was ever done.
Why did you ask for surgeons outside India if you can’t travel to the usa or canada? We have the best hair transplant surgeons in the world buddy! I got mine done by dr Armani and I have gone from cursing the mirror to nearly kissing it 
The main problem with the transplant is that not enough grafts were used. It would look much more acceptable and natural if 2 or 3 times that total number of grafts had been implanted into the same area of the scalp.
It appears totally repairable. But it will be expensive and it will require another large surgery.

Yeh but he can definetly get away with it if he didn’t go to a surgeon and call it “repair work”.
Tell the surgeon you’re simply looking for another hair transplant to thicken it up.
Cal’s hit the nail on head. It’s simply sparse, not enough grafts…honestly nothing really to repair. Therefore, request from a clinic and ask for a quote on a hair transplant, not repair! You’ll save $$$$$.
What I can say is that Dr. Alvi Armani really loves his job and Dr. Arvind poswal (I witnessed that myself).See the result of one of his patient in these pictures.

I would say if travelling out of india and money is a constriant,dr arvind may be a fine choice.

some results are looking good and some results are looking slightly improved.
But the photos are taken are with few angle ,less close up,
Final analysis can be made only if photos are provided with high close up and proper angle ,with clarity…

2500 cases means approx 10 years experience…
But its also true Aman results are bad results…and it should be accepted.
It would be greatful to post more Pic (with proper angle and closeup) of HT patients by Dr Amitabh ,so that anyone can comment on the art of HT surgery of Dr Amitabh.
