Why ? Simply because these two do not require anybody to know what the f**k is really going on (and right now we clearly don’t)- I am far more hopeful at this stage for procedures where we find a way to prompt the body to do the work itself.

I don’t wanna get into that “every MPB treatment was discovered accidentally” routine, because it’s not entirely true.
But you’re right. We DON’T know what’s going on right now. We’re making all kinds of progress understanding the chain of events that kills our hair, and yet we still haven’t learned a damn thing about treating it.
I mean, Jesus Christ, we can’t even slow the progression of the loss in a very tolerable way yet. We’ve learned so many goddamn steps in this process and we still can’t even interrupt ONE of them.
