In the “alternative treatments” portion of that old article, she mentioned that reducing NADP might be how zinc could theoretically be effective. A german researcher noted zinc reduced rat sebum topically (thats on pubmed I think) a long while ago. Thats about it though. If we could just get some of this stuff tested once and for all, much of the specualation on these boards would be uneccessary. I’d love to see if a zinc salt would reduce sebum topically myself. That friggin crinagen didn’t arrive -again- today. Im beginning to think I’ll get the fluridil first.
