before i added dht blockers in 1999, i was basically on only vitamins and minerals thats it

if my diet was not perfect my hair shed like mad, since my dht was building up like mad

if i ate the wrong diet one day the next day my hair would shed since it was very fragile with all the dht built up but i did not know about dht blockers at that time

i had to really watch my sugar and salt intake but sometimes even that would not work so i thought WTF why is my hair shedding

after extensive research i determined it was animal protein, ie eggs dairy fish red meat, anything of that nature above 20 to 30 gms per day, would cause a shed. 100gms per day and my hair would rain like a waterfall in the sink

try drinking like a gallon of milk a day and watch your hair fallout, it would shock you

high animal protein is definitely detrimental to your hair, same with high salt in the diet

but dont tell that to most of the geniuses on the board, they are convinced anything along the lines of diet, nutrition , supplements cant possibly help their hair

if you believe this, you believe that hair skin and nails do not suffer with bad nutrition , which they most certainly do

I Have way more hair than 99 percent of the board members, most of the hM board members are here because HM is their last resort

all i have is a bald spot on the crown, my sides front back look great, way better frontal hairline and top back to the crown than most guys who get a transplant could ever hope for

my problem is i started on dht blockers 15 yrs after my crown died.

at least i dont have hair so shiiity looking that i will try anything and i sit and dream of HM saving me, from the front my hair looks like I have hardly even thinned much
