they will not produce any visible increase in hairs.

if they do produce anything it will be only a few miserable, super-thin vellus hairs.

these people conducting these home experiments have no idea how misguided and foolish they are.

they are completely wasting their time because they have nothing better to do.

i am attacking them and will continue to make detailed posts (much more detailed than this), attacking this mindlessness and encouraging them to stop their misguided foolishness.

i will make RESOUNDING posts here attacking this idea of home experiments and also attacking the farce of acell, which is completely misleading people. even the people at acell say it probably won’t grow hair (“probably”? try definitely!!!) even they know it and are admitting it. yeah, it might help reduce some scarring, but other stuff could do that too, and the whole point is that acell will GROW NO NEW HAIR WHATSOEVER, so the whole thing that willy started about pushing acell was a colossal, uninformed waste of his time and a complete waste of anyone else’s time on here who gave any serious attention to it.

i have nothing against these people, i feel sorry for them in the nicest way possible, but i just want to say that what they are doing is absolutely the most desperate waste of time i have ever heard of.

this kind of thing can only be done under clinical conditions, armed with a huge amount of scientific information.

if the home experiments of the follica-type procedure of dermabrading are attempted by uninformed non-medical professionals conducting experiments at home, they will fail completely and then they’ll come back to me, baldbaby, on bended knees and say, “you were right, baldbaby, we were completely wrong and foolish. we were reckless fools and idiots who completely wasted our time and we got nothing from it. no hair grew!!”

dermabrasion is a very specific clinical process and ONLY a professional can do it. you cannot do it properly with sandpaper or anything like that, and even if you could, you guys have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of what you’re doing or what kinds of chemicals you need to be applying and under what types of conditions, including sterile conditions.

I’m ready to just totally ignore baldbaby and Hangin and let them scream all they want. They obviously have some kind of emotional investment in seeing HM not work any time soon. Sometimes I wonder if it’s maybe even a financial motive.

Although at least one other time I remember Hangin was flooding the boards with so many posts and threads that it wasn’t even possible to ignore him. We couldn’t even keep enough other unrelated threads on the first page. Let’s hope he doesn’t resort to that again.

cal, you’re misunderstanding me. i am NOT attacking hm. i am totally in favor of hm if it works, and i hope to god it does work.

acell has nothing to do with hm, and i am criticizing the enthusiasm about acell because i think it is all the figment of a few people’s imaginations here. it’s a bunch of sound and fury signifying nothing, and a complete waste of time. if you can’t see that, that’s ok, i am not condemning you.

and don’t tell me that just because acell and a few ht docs have agreed to test it for hair regeneration purposes, this is proof that it works or that it might work. these people are being deluded and they have nothing to lose, and lots of publicity to gain, so of course they play along and try to test it. it’s the “american way” to try to get something for nothing.

i am also NOT criticizing follica, i am criticizing the misguided fools on here who are trying to imitate the follica procedure by “wounding” their own scalps. i guarantee they won’t succeed, and all they may be successful at is convincing some other poor, ignorant, desperate people to try to do the same. what if they f*ck up their own scalps so that by the time hm comes along, they have so much scar tissue all over their scalps (microscopic scarring) that hm will not work for them???

and with regards to hm, i really do want it to work, and i’m not saying it definitely won’t work. what i am saying is that all the evidence we’ve seen looks like icx isn’t having any success, and they’re hiding that fact from the public. their trials have so far been conducted among tiny groups of people… i mean, numerically, these are the smallest trials i’ve ever seen for any kind of drug or medical procedure, EVER. and usually in their trials, at least 1/3 of the trialists either quit or have to leave the trial for some reason, making the remaining results very dubious. and the way they present their data is, to me, very fishy and questionable. how many times are they gonna present data by saying “in group A, there was an increase in the number of hairs in 5 out of 9 people”…? what the h*ll does that mean? yet that is ALWAYS how icx presents its data!!! and people on here believe them???

what does “an increase in the number of hairs mean”? that could mean anything from 1 hair on up. but most likely it’s not an impressive increase, because if it were impressive, THEY WOULD HAVE REPORTED IT WITH ALL THE DETAILS!!!

can’t you people see that something isn’t right here? why should it take baldbaby or hangin to prove this to you? you should be able to figure it out yourselves!!!

i think rev is also involved in that.

if you look at their choice of words and language patterns it’s always the same, especially rev, theone, and truthhurts.

they sound like pseudointellectuals. meaning someone who tries to portray themselves as an intellectual but really doesn’t know jack sh*t.

also if u notice they are playing “tag team”, when one disappears for a little bit, then a few hours or a day later, another one of these handles pops up and starts attacking people here, all with the same tone and for the same so-called “reasons”.

this probably means this guy is moving back and forth between a few different comptuers, at home, school, work, maybe a library or internet cafe, etc. so his ip addresses are always different and he’s able to scam hairsite.
