ADERANS restoring hair NOW in NYC

When begins the trail and when is the finish?

Thanks!

Hmmmm. That’s a tough one to answer. I think they said they’d be marking my scalp with “tiny marks”. So I’d be afraid to make those photos public. Let me find out more first. But I’ll definitely give a detailed description of what’s going on. Again, they’re still looking for more volunteers. So everyone should try to get in.

If you signed a NDA, you could be sued for posting on this board. I wouldn’t push it by posting pics.

On there website is written, they want to go 2010 on the marked??

Knows someone???

Thanks…,…

» They really don’t give clinical volunteers much information about the
» trials.
» They’re holding a lot of info close to the vest.
» I had to go to the corporate offices on West 55th Street.

» I didn’t see Ken Washenik at the time. But I was told I’d be meeting him in
» the future. And YES… we all have to sign a non-disclosure contract. But
» nobody here knows my identity.

Very interesting, BaldHalfTruth.
so there will be 4 test sites!!!
Do you know if they will use scaffolds (little porous plastic roads) to hold the cells in the recipient site?

thanks!

p.d. if you sign the NDA, you must be careful not to post too much here.
If you post with care, I am sure noone is going to bother you. But if you post too much, ARI will quickly contact Hairsite and your posts will be deleted. I don’t think they will even sue you or anything.

I think ther’s no reason.
In some moments we talk about Histogen, in others of Adernas, I believe that they are both interesting.
We’ll see something at the end of 2009.

I am hearing rumors that they are having issues with it. The first trials didn’t go that well.

I remember someone poster said that in 2003 Washenik (Aderans) predicted that it would be available in about 5 years, now we know they just started phase II, there are only 3 months left in 2009, it is unlikely there will be any good news by the end of the year.

I wouldn’t count on it. Aderans is notorious for perpetually slipping timelines. I like to believe the research they are doing is the best out there, but I just don’t believe them anymore when they give a timeframe.

1 + 1 = 2.
This is the obvious, stupid, logical truth. There is no sense in listening to anyone who suggests otherwise, no matter how informed/qualified they might appear to be.

The full FDA trials process for a new drug/procedure takes about 10 years.

Yes, ok!
But Adrenas has not begun yesterday, then I think that 5 years is a reasonable date.
Maybe earlier!!
But the problem is…how about the results? who can answer this question?
What about the trials?

Does anyone know if there is a phase 3 after phase 2 is successful?

I wasn’t trying to make the point that Aderans is 10 years away. They’re probably not.

If Phase#2 works (which is a huge IF) then they’ve got phase#3 and then it’s probably gonna be here. If somebody doesn’t start offering it even earlier in a less-restricive country.

I was responding to the complaint about Washenik saying they were 5 years away in 2004 and therefore it should have been this year.

My point was that Washenik’s timeline had no relation to common sense. And therefore, THE PROJECT IS NOT REALISTICALLY FAILING JUST BECAUSE AN UNREALISTIC TIMELINE WAS NOT MET.
