Willy, one thing in your statements here I don’t understand.
You said that Dr. Hitzig said he “became aware of ACell” in 2004.
You said you contacted ACell in 2007 and they were hardly aware of HT or any potential application of ACell in HT.
From that, you infer that “if they were dealing (with) Hitzig since 2004, they would have known SOMETHING about HT’s.”
Going back to what Dr. Hitzig said, however, he only said he “knew about” ACell in 2004, he didn’t say he was “dealing with” them.
I’m sure that a lot of HT doctors knew about ACell and other similar developments in 2004, since I presume they generally read the medical journals and publications, and speak with colleagues who are surgeons in other fields who deal with problems like wound healing, tissue repair, etc.
It may not have occurred to Dr. Hitzig to contact ACell in 2004, but it’s not a wild leap to believe he was aware of them, is it?
