You are kidding right? I see no improvement, he already had lots of hair on top in the before pic. Where is the improvement? I think lately many doctors are getting very sloppy with their pics. I am not impressed.

In the before pictures, the patient has had to comb his hair forward to obscure his recession. 1200 SFET grafts later, this is not necessary. The improvement for the number of grafts is evident and the patient is ecstatic about this.

I present pictures without any attempt to manipulate. I do not have a horde in my employ dedicated to slick deceptive photography.

there’s an improvement. it’s minimal improvement but there is an improvement. that may be all the client wanted though.

Ha, talk about misleading pics, he put tons of hair spray and gel in the after shots to make the hair look thicker, Heliflyer you were screaming at the top of your lungs how hdc showed wet hair in the before pics, now this guy used similar tricks to enhance results and you said good work, ha intersting ! I smell a shill

Wrong. Dr. Umar did not post WET pics of before.

It is more than obvious this man has more hair and better density in his after shots regardless of whether or not he used hair spray–which you nor anyone does not know for certain.

Bottom line is his hair is more plentiful and thicker in the after photos.

Are you for real? Posting after pics with hair spray and gel is just as guilty as posting wet before pics. Not only that, I dont see before pics showing the same frontal hairline brushed back. The angles are all different between the before and after shots. How the hell did you conclude that this is good work ?

I dnt see the improvement also the guy had way 2 much hair before…they are just styles differently and gel does wonders to make the native hair and transplanted look the same in regards to texture. Its something that guys with lot of native hair can do to avoid the texture differences…to real hairloss sufferers gel is out of the question

Heli, you made so much noise about HDC posting wet pics of before, rightfully so in my opinion, but now when the table is turned, you are trying to weasel out of this and suggest that it is acceptable to thicken the hair with hair spray in the after pics, such double standards. Why playing favorites with one doctor over the other?

You say “bottom line is his hair is more plentiful and thicker in the after photos”, you know what, the same can be said about HDC pics too.

» If you see no improvement you’re blind.

How could you or anyone see improvement? You can’t even compare the before and after pictures in the same context.

You may say you could say the same about the photos of HDC, but until HDC posts full top views in the same lighting conditions I think we have an arugument as to why they don’t do it.

The photos posted by Dr. Umar are of a full top view of the head in the same lighting conditions. Futher, he did not post WET before and DRY after.

Some are saying that the improvement is not that evident. I disagree. There is an obvious improvement for the number of grafts. Additonally, it is obvious that with before photos being of dry hair, as opposed to wet hair, the perceived improvement is not going to be as dramatic that it would be when someone posts before WET shots and then you compare them to after Dry shots.

You understand it now?

This should be more appropriately labled as BEFORE HAIR SPRAY, and AFTER HAIR SPRAY. Heli said there is big improvement, please post a reply here if you think so. I don’t see any difference.

If you want to compare, at least comb the hair in the same direction.

after

Dr. Umar has already explained what I believe to be the reason this man’s hair is combed back in the second photo; the man used to have to comb his hair forward and wear it longer to mask his frontal thinning. The second photo clearly shows that the front has added density and this man no longer has to comb his hair forward to mask the thinning.

This man received a good and expected result for the number of grafts, and his pictures were presented to the forum in the same lighting conditions, will full top views, and they were not presented with WET before and DRY afterwards.

I think that speaks for itself.

Honestly I don’t see any difference. How many grafts did he have on top?

» You understand it now?

I understand now, I understand that you are full of crap! How about some before and after pics with NO HAIRSPRAY OR GEL? If this is acceptable to you, you might as well use toppik for the after pics , geez !

So wet hair in the before shot is prohibited but hair spray and gel is acceptable for the after shot? Gimme a break. You have no credibility. The more you post the more you make Umar look bad.

When you learn to construct a complete sentence and to use proper punctuation you may be taken more seriously.

I suggest that you slow down, take a couple of deep breaths, and make sure you have accurately read and completely understood what I have posted before you further embarrass yourself by attempting to refute points that I have never made;

I never posted that pictures of before wet hair photographs were “prohibited,” and I have not posted one sentence relating to this thread in regards to “hairsprays or gels.”

The more you post, Mr. Frodo, the more you make yourself look bad!
