You spent a LOT less than most people do.
Dude, you aren’t going to like to hear this, but…
Your norwood level was obviously going to be very high. Your density in the before pictures was not very good. Did you get on propecia? ANYONE getting a hair transplant needs to be on propecia, you are inviting a disaster if you are not.
You really were not a good candidate in my opinion. The thing with HT’s is this…probably most men who want them aren’t “good” candidates. If you go NW5 or more bald, you will be looking at thinnish coverage unless your donor density is really really good.
Do you have proof that alot of the grafts didn’t grow? It looks like your balding process just kept on going, and the hair you had up there naturally just fell out unless it was shock-loss very soon thereafter becuase grafts were placed with poor technique.
They aren’t “pluggy”, and for that you are lucky. Just imagine if they were, then you’d really be screwed.
I dont know what your remaining density is, but your best course to pursue is to get a good FUE doc to fill in the donor scar as best as possible, and attempt to thinly fill in areas that need it, and by all means use finasteride and nizoral to try and keep what you have.

people need to do their research before jumping into an HT. I think this is happening less and less now a days thanks to stuff like these forums.
