Yes, most people who have a procedure and pay thousands of dollars for one want the procedure itself to remain confidential, and we respect that patients right. Most people do not want their photos posted.
As I said, we have 70 credited results showing in this forum alone, to have a credited result the final result photos must be posted, these results in the list have a check mark, there are 70 of them. http://www.hairsite.com/hair-transplant-doctor/toronto/dr-armani-hair-transplant.htm
That 70 final results posted ranks us third, this is more then any other doctor excluding two. So we must be doing somethign right 
I feel we have done a pretty good job documenting our results.
We also have our own forum where we have more results showing, we have documented videos on youtube, vidoes on our website and in our forum, and more patient Blogs then I can count.
