Why aren\'t doctors experimenting with stronger doses of bimatoprost?

Latisse works in almost all patients for eyelashes but the eyelash version is not strong enough for scalp hair so doesn’t this mean that doctors should already be mixing stronger doses of the active ingredient, bimatoprost, for people to use on their heads??? Why is this not happening?

as far as I know the company is working on it. They plan to release a hair growth product, but don’t ask me about the time line.

Was somewhere on this board previously though.
