His personal knowledge seems to be limited or severely lacking. But he posts like 10 new threads a day on each board

I haven’t been doing much of that lately…but it is one thing this place is all about. Asking and responding to the same questions etc about a regimen or ? …there’s no no info in that.
BTW…were you ever able to get your hands on that shampoo?
