90% of my patients .I had one patient (a women) who choosed strip after one session of FIT.She told me she keeps her hairs long and she will do strip because it is cheaper.Another woman told me she is not afraid of scar ,she keeps her hair long and she already had a lifting.
In men,most of them were previous strip cases and some strip excision to decrease the scar size.
If someone is sure to keep his hairs longer ,then it is his choice to go with strip.
