For those who know-I remember hearing about one or two very effective topical anti-androgens near approval-which is the one nearest to FDA approval?

ASC-J9 is getting closer by the year. I think it’s well into phase#2 right now.

This one has a way of going under the MPB world’s radar because it’s actually being FDA-trialed as an acne product right now. But topical androgen blocking w/o side effects is the same job either way. The company has mentioned eventually making a MPB product out of it too.

Yeah, I think I read that Androscience are planning to start a phase II trial of a foam formulation for MPB towards the end of this year…They skipped on the Phase I trial for it because it’s obviously the same compound as the acne product which they’d already done Phase I and safety on, etc…
