I have seen three versions on here:
-
Yoram Benit
-
Yoram Benita
-
Yoram Benitah
My research indicates there are at least three different Israelis, prominent in their respective fields with the three different versions of the name, with alternative spellings as above.
Yoram Benit is a venture capitalist with a company called Selarator.
There is a Yoram Benita in broadcast media.
There is a Yoram Benitah in Tel Aviv who is an actual medical doctor.
Aka1, from Israel, also posted on here on 11 November that he found a listing for a Yoram Benita in Israel who is a “certified trichologist”.
We know that Hebrew nanes, using a different alphabet from English, can be transliterated into the Roman alphabet in alternate ways.
We know that there are claims that the photos in the patent depict Yoram Benita, or Benitah, who allegedly used this device on himself. We know that person is balding, and at least before he got the claimed results, was about a Norwood 6.
By the way, the Dr. Yoram Benitah in Tel Aviv has a very thick head of curly hair in his photos in the internet. He obviously was never a Norwood 6.
Vraf, to put an end to this confusion, can you tell us once and for all, what us the official spelling or Hebrew-to-English transliteration of this guy’s name?
