Very pleased Sara Armani FUE results 2500 grafts

Yes that is a concern, but hopefully I have enough donor hair left to help if that happens. Fortunately there is no crown balding in my family.

Hi golfjunkie,

I’m in a simialr boat with a couiple of bad ops before with poor growth. So you had around 4500 grafts so far from 3 ops, any idea what your density is now and how much more you have avaialble, good luck.

Not sure what my density is but even my hairdresser says I have crazy thick hair even in my hairline so I’d imagine its pretty high up there? How much donor I have left I’d say at least 5000 before thinning would show in the donor.

Wow, looks awesome! Looks like Sara’s work is identical to Alvi’s!

DUDE!! If that is a real picture and not photoshoped or anything like that…then u got a nice ASS HT brother…i have never seen them look so natural and real…looks like u just grew all your hairback…how bad was ur hairloss…are u losing from the crown at all…or was it just the front…do u think u will have future thinning around the other areas of ur head…right now my hair is thin all over…but still thick and you cant really tell unless im under bright light and still even then…but if i got an HT by Armani i would be cured…only prob i am still losing hair very very slowly…im just afraid i get an HT and then the rest of my hair falls out and i loook weird…

mjones that’s a common fear of majority of the men going in for a HT. That’s why it’s so crucial to go see a hair surgeon for a consultation to have such questions answered.

If you’re not on any meds right now, think about starting a minox and fin treatment right away; especially when all the top surgeons strongly urge their patients to use the treatment after the HT. That’s what helps maintain the rest of your hair after a hair transplant for a long period. THe HT is also worked and planted inbetween your existing hairs as well so that any future loss of your own hair will still not cause a real thinned out or bald area. Your procedure will be planned in a fashion where your future hair loss will also be taken into considration.

When I went into the Armani clinic I had coincidently met with patients that do not have their photos on the websites or here on the forums. I can’t emphasize enough on the amazing results I saw firsthand. They were only in for an occasional follow-up, but damn, made me want to cut through the
chit-chat and say “start grafting!”

I think every field, profession, or sport has a platinum icon. Dr Armani has a talent and gift for hair transplants. I believe the dude was born to transplant hair:-D Good Luck to you mjones.

Is it just my settings or does everyone else have to scroll away across the screen to read each line of every post on alot of these threads? It sure makes for exhaustive reading.

Problem corrected now. Please let me know if it flows better now.

That is so much batter now! The forum almost fits on my 17 inch screen now. Only about 10mm of one side doesn’t fit but compared to before it’s a huge difference.

Golfjunkie,

Do you have anymore preops from the clinic?

I’m sorry, that’s all I have at this moment…I’ll ask and see if I can get some more.

Hey Golf, I just had another look at your pics again and you’ve inspired me to grow my hair out a bit longer. What product do you use to lighten your hair like that or did you have it done by a stylist?

» Hey guys, just wanted to post my results from Sara Armani. The surgery was
» done last January (2008) so I’m nearly a year out. I had three
» disappointing, to say the least, strip surgeries with a doctor from
» California (will go unnamed) totaling around 2000 grafts. Had poor yield

Wow, outstanding results and great pictures.

I go to a stylist for color.

You should be a hair model golfjunkie!!!

Take a real good look at the temple angle closures. Aside from the amazing hair line he’s acheived, the temple angle closures are really what makes all the difference in the world. I see great FUE results on this forum from other doctors but I just don’t see the temple closures.

This is a great example of an artistic work of a hair transplant.

Thank you for that. You made an interesting observation, because especially on my right temple closure, I feel its amazing what that slight closing of the temples aesthetically does. I thought about the perfect angles forever that I craved and I couldn’t have drawn it out any better. Sara definitely has artistic ability.and thanks Pats, I could use a second job!

a second job lol

yeh golfjunkie and that’s why i’m taking your hair modeling shots with me on the day of my surgery with armani :ok:

I agree that closing the temples properly makes a HUGE difference to the result of any HT. It’s a shame so few doctors seem to be able to do this well. I really like how Sara designed mine and I think that artistic touch is what makes her stand out among the few docs who really have the ability to do it. Golf’s results are a perfect example of how the temples should be done.

Any updates Junkie???
