I’m afraid we don’t have a release date for Juvista yet. We are still
developing the drug and just entering Phase 3 trials.
It is likely to be a number of years before we file for approval.

Unfortunate, but I don’t think this is any big surprise.
It’s public knowledge that they had to go back and start over on their phase#2 trials a year or two ago. This new timeline is a logical outgrowth of that.

I dont think this is bad news at all. Hearing that their going into phase 3 and werent sucked into that black hole known as phase 2 gives me hope it will actually come out one day .
I completely agree in the big picture. Phase#2 is usually the deal-breaker.
If Juvista works as well as it’s been touted to work, then it’ll probably change the cosmetic industry much farther than just improving HT strip scars. Most of the cosmetic “under the knife” procedures invented in the last 100 years have been totally engineered & compromised around hiding the scarring.
And just for our purposes, it could potentially make FUE transplant work TRULY “non-scarring.” Good FUE work would literally be doing no more cosmetic damage to the scalp than reducing the total follicle count in the donor area.
