I agree with you that 6200 grafts sounds like a big for the O.P. loss. but as far as he didn’t need a HT, I really disagree. Unless he was happy with his obvious hairloss, all propecia could have done especially in the anterior front was maintain what he had if he was lucky. In the past, HT was limited and recommended for those who had NW 3 and up but now it’s an option. With body hair transplant technology advancing Instead of letting my hair loss being obvious, I rather fill in what I have lost if I can do it. Now it’s a option. back then it wasnt. Just like the HT has advanced big time from the 80’s/90’s to the 2000’s to 2009 it will keep on advancing. HT and now body HT is advancing and Hair Multiplication will be another option hopefully in the future and hopefully better hairloss treatment.

I wouldn’t want Reagan’s hair at 70.

It indicates that he looks good. But it also indicates that he is a 70yo man who is going to the trouble of dying his hair in a color that is several decades (not just a few years) too young for him. And it indicates that he’s doing it again every 10-20 days to keep the roots from showing. That’s some pretty serious effort put into presenting himself as something he’s not.

And that’s just the color, never mind the hairline.

For every one person who thinks “Man, he got great hair genes!” there is another two or three people thinking, “Man, he must’ve gotten plugs or he’s wearing a toupee! I wonder why it bothers him so much to just look his age? He’s not fooling anybody that he’s not 40 anymore.”

Great result, I too would like to know what density he has, it must be near what he was born with.
