Whole foods sell a small bottle of saw palmetto extract, anyone used this before? Since i have quit using revivogen, i am assuming this should do SOMETHING as far as DHT is concerned, but i dont want side affects like gyno, anyone know if SP causes gyno if applied topically?

Try it - I dont think it will help.
Your better off looking at what works topically ie MINOX and why it works and seeking a natural alternative. So something that balances the immune response and boosts bloodflow should help.

why not take it internally
only heard of one guy who ever complained of similar symptoms with internal naturals, and not sure but i dont think it was SP
SP is one of the weakest internal 5 ar inhibitors
if you have not yet even tried a super hair vitamin , and mineral, I highly suggest this combo, I have been on them for 20 yrs, I would never get off of them

I am actually gonna try a few minerals and vitamins, as for the topical SP, i assumed if it is applied topically it should work better then internally, because more of it MIGHT theoretically end up near the hair follicles.

as for the vitamins and minerals, speaking from experience,i used only vits and minerals for 20 yrs , no dht blockers nothing else
most vits are crap for hair, but Maxi Hair, by Country Life, and Ultra Hair by Natures Plus are the two best. Maxi hair is half the price , both have 2000mcg times released biotin in them, very very important
try them and a good chelated mineral
