Liquid: Tofacitinib citrate = 98 HPLC 540737-29-9
…but 25mg of Tofac liquid isn’t good. So, don’t buy this. 300mg is the minimum for a good concentration.
Exemple for a good vehicule: 48% ethanol, 30% polysorbate 80, 20% Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI),and 2% dmso
…and for tofac, you need a dosage of 0.5%. Take an empty bottle minox (60ml). 60 * 0.5% = 0.3. In a 60ml solution, 0.5% of tofac represented 300mg tofac. The website sigmaaldrich don’t sells 300mg. Just 5mg or 25mg ;(
