The TRUTH behind ARI’s clinical study

Yes, nothing has really changed. We wait for phase#2 to end. I think a failure will be too hard to hide by then.

» » » » I was speaking to a doctor the other day about the FDA trials and
» the
» » » » phases and he told me this. The first two phases is nothing, almost
» » » » everything tha has a chance can go through trials because the
» » » investiment
» » » » is minimal while the potentiall rewards can be great.
» Its the phase 3
» » » that
» » » » makes or breaks the drug or whatever
.because there the
» investors will
» » » have
» » » » to show the real money and access if the money they will invest
» will
» » be
» » » » returned and more. So its the phase 3 where everything stops or
» » starts
» » » for
» » » » real. If they are using minox and I was an investor I would be
» » worried
» » » » because I don’t know which part of the results is minox and what
» part
» » » is
» » » » the procedure. I would say to myself what are they really
» making…a
» » » » minoxidil booster!!!I can add retin a for that.
» » » »
» » » » If they go on with this minox thing and hopefully enter phase 3 I
» » hope
» » » at
» » » » least they will give the placebo group minox as well so we can
» check
» » » what
» » » » the actual product does more.but if they do that we will have very
» » » weird
» » » » reading, haircounts raising in the placebo group as well as if they
» » were
» » » on
» » » » aminox trial lol.
» »
» »
» » what is wrong?i dont say that drugs dont fail but they usually give up
» on
»
»
» The doctor apparently told the poster that its phase-3 that makes or
» breaks the drug…which is wrong. Phase-II is the main drug killer.

Maybe i didnt explaines it correctly.he meant that usually the decision to move on to phase 3 makes or breaks the drug…not the actual phase. because to move on means that you have something that worth enough to invest on it, if you dont move on to phase 3 that means that for some reasons its not worth it.

there are many drugs that worked and the companies decided for some reasons that its not worth to go to phase 3 and invest further on them. take avodart for example…

But the decision “is based” on the results of phase-II.

The reason they didn’t go ahead with avodart is because it just isn’t worth it. When avodart first came out, people were expecting it to be the ultimate drug for hairloss - since it blocks both types of 5-alpha-reductase. However, many people on hairloss forums have experimented with avodart and it hasn’t shown any results…except for a few people who got “immune” to finas and switched to dutas.

We should be thankful that Ari and Histogens thing worked in Phase 1 even if it can be increased in density. And to quote Bald Half Truth, its actually good that he lost hairs on a normal way, so we can see that cycling does work also but now with DHT resistance
