OK, until recently, they haven’t been interested in publicizing the hair growth info regarding ACELL. So what? Perhaps they were totally disinterested in the hair growth potential of their product until recently, and hadn’t even considered the hair growth potential of their product until recently. Or perhaps they were intentionally trying to conceal that info from the world, or just you. Or perhaps they wanted to set up their continual info feed into your frontal lobe first so they could get the info to you, and you alone, before going public with the info.

I agree 100%…I only ask myself if this after does not go up the price of the dust of acell.

Can you fuucking read? I said it may just produce a new scar with no hair. There is no evidence, provided to the public, that it will regen hair. So I am not certain it will work.

But you go ahead and believe their claims, based on faith I guess…gullible douche bag.

I’m not talking about hair growth alone. Their product is meant for rapid healing of wounds, reducing scarring with potential of no scarring, and potentially regrowing fingers etc. Where is all the proof of this? You would think they would provide some evidence if they want to sell this. I guess you would just believe what they say. That, my friend, makes you an ignorant motherfuucker.

No, you moron, you are saying that the experiment has no choice to work but you are too stupid to realize that, that is what you are saying. And i love your oh-so-clever insult of calling me a douchebag because i haven’t heard that one since 3rd grade. grow a brain retard.

ssshhhhhh. we need to wait till results to entertain this issue. the news won’t break right away but soon after the results, if the results are pos.

My statement: THIS EXPERIMENT MAY JUST PRODUCE A NEW SCAR. I have said this in numerous posts. It’s sad really, that you can’t understand.

Yeah, calling me a retard is much more mature than douchebag. Clever insult? All you can come up with is “grow a brain”…real clever there Einstein.

It’s immature and dumb to call a person a childish name/thing/insult, that a person can not possibly be. A person really can be a retard but it is impossible for a person to be a douchebag, you retard.

That’s not what I stated…but because you have an odd number of chromosomes…you’ll never understand. Run off now, you’ve got some masturbating and drooling to do.

All of your insults are immature, amongst other things. How old are you?

Hey guys. This is my first post on Hairsite, although I’ve been studying up on hair loss and “possible” solutions for a long time.

I really don’t like the childish bickering on this forum, but I love the fact that it is the only forum concerned with new solutions as opposed to propecia, wigs and coping strategies.

Before I begin, thank you Willy for all of your hard work. I personally don’t think ACell will succeed in growing donor quality hair: I really don’t. However, the fact that you are being proactive for the sake of the thankless people here says alot about your personality. You have my respect and any help I can provide.

Anyways, I never intended to post on this site, but it seems to me that everyone skipped over an important quote from Jotronic:

“I’m not trying to be a party-pooper here but please keep in mind that currently the only results on human subjects has been from the treatment of diabetic ulcers. While the skin tissue was regenerated 100% and there was hair growing from this new skin it was very fine and very sparse according to the VP at Acell. Regrowing hair on the head with the kind of density and texture that we are all hoping for is a different deal altogether so try to keep your excitement tempered just a bit, at least for now. I only say this because I hate seeing people get excited over something only to be disappointed, especially with regards to restoring hair.”

Joe pretty much answered about three months ago the exact question you are debating right now. He raises a fine point about donor quality, and I already said I’m skeptical of Acell’s abilities, but apparently the VP of Acell (not Manning) says vellus hair grew on treated diabetic ulcers.

Who is right? I don’t know. I just want this nightmare to end for all of us.

I don’t think you can project the regrowth they had on skin ulcers to our scalp. These are two totally different organs.

Acell has been used and tested many more times than just on diabetic ulcers. Also if the ulsers are on the body somewhere, depending on where they are you would expect the hair to be fine and sparse and not like scalp hair at all.

You hit the nail right on the head. I don’t know if ACELL will grow hair on people’s heads or not,and I do have some doubts, but the issue that ACELL has only been used on diabetic ulcers sounds a little dubious to me since posters have indicated that ACELL has been used on “wounded soldiers” and there is definitely a difference between the hair on the thickness and length of hair on the head as opposed to other parts of the body. Also, even if we were able to just get back some hairs that weren’t as thick and long as other hairs on our head then perhaps other hair growth treatments could thicken and lengthen those new hairs.

Skin is an organ. It’s the largest organ of the human body. All skin collectively is one organ. In fact, a person’s skin is all the same organ, but the hairs are totally different, so the sentiment behind what you said is correct even if the specifics aren’t.

There is a possibility should Acell regeneration result in fine, short hairs, that those hairs may thicken with each cycle of hair growth.

After all, these may be baby follicles, and like the short fine hair on a baby’s head, take time and cycling to mature.

At any event, regenerating new hair follicles along with new skin woud be a major, MAJOR, advance–and if the hair is not cosmetically useful, perhaps a way can be found to regenerate cosmetically useful hair in more refined Acell or similar wound treatment, which may prove easier than regenerating follices out of nothing to begin with…

Has Acell already let hair grow?
On other body parts!
I had read it several times here!

There are some issues regarding that so we need a little more time with this issue. Sit tight.

I think it will be today because we get new pics every Monday. I wouldn’t make any move on shares yet because this stuff may not grow hair and then you would sol.
