The bottom line is if this man (Dr. Raul) patient is not happy with results he has a right to express them on this forum and post his photos as long as he does not commit libel.
As we all know with HT there are no guarantees. Everyone is different and every case is also. Some may have a good result and some may not.
He has as much of a right to tell his story as the Doctor has to not give the man his money back.

THe guys result wasnt even that bad, im sure some people would love those results compared to what they have.
