Jacob

What would be pretty cool is to get the maker of Elsom research products to talk about some his hairloss products in this forum. Ive got a few questions to ask as im sure others have to.

Would he consider answering questions in here?

Regards
Pete

sorry but for that price the Biotin is woefully inadequate, you would be much better off choosing, the Maxi Hair by Country Life, and I think Jacob you are the one who brought this to the board in the first place…Maxi Hair… which is routinely priced about 8 dollars for 60 pills, it has many more relevant ingredients, in much larger amounts

MAXI HAIR by Country Life
Vitamin A(as Retinyl Palmitate) 5,000IU 100%
Vitamin C(as Ascorbic Acid,Rose Hips) 200mg 333%
Vitamin E(as D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate) 50IU 167%
Thiamin(Vitamin B1)(as Thiamin HCL) 30mg 2,000%
Riboflavin(Vitamin B2) 50mg 2,941%
Niacin(as Niacinamide) 50mg 250%
Vitamin B6(as Pyridoxine HCL) 50mg 2,500%
Folic Acid 400mcg 100%
Vitamin B12(as Cyanocobalamin) 50mcg 833%
D-Biotin 2,000mcg 667%
Pantothenic Acid(as D-Calcium Pantothenate) 50mg 500%
Calcium(as Calcium Carbonate) 200mg 20%
Iodine(as Kelp) 225mcg 150%
Zinc(as Zinc Amino Acid Chelate) 15mg 100%
Selenium(as Selenium Amino Acid Chelate) 50mcg 71%

MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) 600mg *
L-Methionine(Free Form) 250mg *
Canola Fatty Acid Complex(Source Of Unsaturated Fatty Acids, Linoleic And Oleic Acids) 200mg *
Horsetail Extract 2:1(Leaf/stem) 100mg *

L-Cysteine(as L-Cysteine HCL) 100mg *
(L Cysteine, for those of you with college Biology backgrounds, is the most prevalent amino acid in your hair. If you split up the protein in your hair into individual piles, of amino acids, the largest pile would be L Cysteine. )

Inositol 50mg *
PABA(Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) 50mg *
Choline(from 50 Mg Choline Bitartrate) 23mg

That was a long wait to reply…

The product has some things Maxi-Hair doesn’t. But don’t sweat it…remember who posted about Maxi-hair here?

it might have some things maxi hair doesnt, but it doesnt have ALOT of things maxi hair does have

and i did give you credit in the above post for maxi hair…

the amount of Biotin in that one you posted, is pretty lame
every good major hair vitamin has 2000mcg Biotin
it does not have MSM, it does not have horsetail, it does not have L Cysteine,
the amount in general of B vitamins is either very low, or many of the B vitamins are simply missing altogether.

I would say since you are the one who posted Maxi Hair on the board, I am surprised you would recommend this one Jacob.

I didn’t “recommend” any of them. I just posted about them

I think most people assume that when a highly valued and respected board member posts about a product, that means they are giving it their stamp of approval

Nope…not always. New products that no one has even tried…it’d be impossible to do that.
