Supplements besides Finasteride & Minoxidil

 Doctors were never able to tell me why I lost my hair. I never felt stressed and I have always eaten well and exercised regularly, so it was really confusing when my hair started falling out at 13 years old. The thinning hair consisted of large patches on the side and back of my head, so it was extremely noticeable and very upsetting.

When I was younger I was really nervous about what I looked like and although I had a lot of friends that stood by me and supported me, there were also people at school that used to make me feel bad about myself - I felt especially self conscious in front on the boys in my class.

I saw the advert in the Newspaper for Thicker Hair FOrmula. Previously, I had tried other products with no success
I started using this formula about five months ago and already I’m getting friends telling me my hair is thicker and it doesn’t go limp. It keeps it’s shape better and it’s healthier. My hairdresser tells me it’s grown about 1 1/2 inches (38cm). If you are conscious of your hair thinning, like I was, try that before you give and see the difference. it`s working for me, it could also work for you.
i buy it for ÂŁ10 the bottle on this website www.ukhairsolutions.com:stuck_out_tongue:

» Hey all,
»
» Just looking for some recommendations besides Finasteride & Minoxidil. I
» just recently decided to stop using Finasteride, I wasn’t really getting
» any side effects besides lack of morning erections, however I am just at a
» point that I do not wish to continue using Finasteride and most likely any
» other internal DHT blockers.
»
» Are there guys on here that have regimens that consist of not using
» Finasteride or Minoxidil? I might be interested in using Minoixidil again
» (the Rogaine Foam) and I’m looking to see what other things I could use
» instead or add to it.

you talking natural supps? or what?"

If you are not taking IMO a super hair vitamin and mineral supplement you are missing many good benefits

Also natural DHT blockers work for a lot of guys better than the drugs, my regimen took 20 yrs of trial and error, my hair vitamin IMO is the best on the market and its only 7 dollars for 60 pills on vitacost

this is the most conservative approach. i have new hair growth but it depends on how much you use and how often you use it

Get on the Rogaine/Minox as soon as you can. The quicker and earlier, the better. And stick with it. So many guys give up too fast. Give Minox/Rogaine AT LEAST a year okay? Best regards, Justin

  1. Turmeric and resveratrol should reduce scalp inflammation (including dandruff, psoriasis).

  2. vitamin D:

  1. vitamin C:

I can recommend a reputable pharmacy (Finasteride) - http://usadrugstorenow.com I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

No!

» If you don’t want to use finasteride or minoxidil, have you considered
» using Dr. Proctor’s products like Proxiphen, Prox-N, and NANO Shampoo?
» They may well be the most effective products available, although they
» aren’t exactly cheap.

Some of the best topicals are:

1)DR P topical
2)DR Yechiel topical
3)Procapil topical

Thanks

I don’t think Stephen Foote’s theory fits in anywhere at all. It’s been SOUNDLY refuted!
