Sun exposure

Hi everyone, we all know that after hair transplant sun must be avoided but I have two questions about it:
1- How many months I have to wait until I can go to the beach without protecting my head from sun?
2- I work in a place where I am in front of a huge glass window receiving sun beams for many hours and I can’t wear a anything to cover my head. Can it damage my hair tranplant?

It can sunburn you but glass takes out most of the uv’s so it would take much longer to do it, most likely you will just get really hot
