started dermarolling and applying topical saw palmetto to the same areas. I’m using a dermaroller with 1mm needles, 4 times/week plus the SP every day. May add some Rogaine foam but I’ve had slightly bad reactions to the liquid in the past (blurry vision, itchy scalp, redness on face).
Don’t know how old this post is but wasn’t this stuff shown to be mostly ineffective 20 years ago?
I had not heard of that. Maybe it was, but I see a lot of videos of people using it in conjunction with dermarolling on YouTube. Not that you can trust YouTube videos lol! Anyway I have stopped uaing the saw palmetto as it made my scalp really oily.

Why now? Saw palmetto is not a new thing, many have tried with limited success.
You may get better results with dermaroller and topical minoxidil imo.
