This is by far the saddest thread in the forum…
most people here are convinced it’s a s c a m… i honestly wouldn’t my hopes on it… it’s most likely going to be another disappointment.

I don’t think anyone is putting their hopes in it, and if it’s a snake oil we’ll all know as soon as they release whatever information they have. And if they do claim to have something I’m sure no one will be buying anything until they see results, and I don’t mean photos using different angles and lighting like we usually see.
If it turns out to be something useful (even on the scale of minoxidil useful) I’ll be satisfied… although I’m sure a ton of people here will take a dump on Whitfield regardless of what he unveils.

theyve said it grows hair on the temple area, which minoxidil cannot do, if it is minox equivalent id be ok with it, but in my opinon due to the fact that they state it works for temple regrowth, has an advantage over minox.
they did say they are ultimately seeking a cure and what they have has the poential to cure, who knows if they will acomlpish this but lets just hope.
At least we know it is possible, (luna research company) to discover molecules that can actually grow follicles.
Im hoping by the end of next week we are all put out of our misery.

haha, if this “treatment” with it’s silly “post your ideas” and donation begging homepage, even grows a single hair… it will far exceed my expectations.

minox can regrow hair in the temple area too.
The problem with minox is that putting this greasy muck in my hair day after day is almost as depressing as going bald. Although its power is legendary.
Propecia (and avodart) and Nizoral shampoo are the only things that are convenient enough to use.
Now lets wait till Thomas Whitfield makes his announcement and no wise comments about him till then.
I’ve said from the start I’m willing to listen to what he’s got, but lets not forget some of the claims he has made, first of all he said
“Current treatments don’t work properly or they are inconvenient or they are simply very, very expensive. We have come up with a solution that’s quite easy and much cheaper.”
So if it’s just a minox type treatment he’s failed in what he originally set out to achieve because minox would be included in the current treatments that don’t work properly.
And a poster called azn_boy got this reply in the other thread on here that was locked when he contacted them.
My dad who has hair loss from chemo therapy contacted trx2, he got a response from thomas whitfield himself.
He basically asked him if his upcoming product would be suitable for him and asked if it would be suitable for thinning hair (i.e early stage mpb) which was asked on behalf of me. He responded saying that it would indeed be suitable for both chemo induced hair loss and would recomend the product to treat thinning hair.
He also said, his upcoming product is all natrual hence no significant side effects should be noted and they have had “outstanding results” compared to current treatment options.
He also assured him they are researching a cure for “hair loss disorders, including pattern hair loss” but the upcoming product will be a treatment and not a cure.
So there again it says they have had “outstanding results” compared to current treatments. If they have been telling the truth whatever they have should be a step forward from the likes of Minox, that’s if he’s been telling the truth.

it may not be a topical? who knows? but because his treatment consists of an “innovative biochemical technology” you can assume it will be a topical? and the fact they state it will be natural. glycobilology comes to mind.
i also agree with dogstars post above, if they have been telling the truth which im confident they are,then this should be a leap forward from minox judging from what theyve given us.
spanish dude, minox can regrow hair on the temple? thats the first ive heard of that, but he did say the upcoming product will be a treatment, so this most likeley must be used consistently, whether it is taking a pill or applying a topical.
On paper at least, minox is nothing to scoff at.
It regrows quite a lot of hair based on medical literature claims. Together with propecia, its effect has been shown to be even greater than using minox or propecia alone.
