Most patient want high density, however the reality sometimes is different.
Due to donor limitations we have to focus on the best possible re-distribution with maximum effect.
Some patients have natural thin hair and nothing can change this.
Some patients have limited donor quantity, meaning that choices have to be made : density or coverage.
In this example the patient was looking for coverage instead of density.
The implantation was performed at about 30 grafts cm2 (which is about 1/3 of the density people without hair loss have).
With the right kind of expectations we are able to have happy patients without providing high density.
