Shaved Head HT?

Anyone who shaved their head bald before a HT (FUE) want to share some advice/results? I am new the forum. How obvious was the transplant? How quickly did you start shaving your head, with a razor, after the HT?

Also,how long before the “shadow” appeared? Those of us who shave our heads are aware of the shadow. Even after a fresh shave, there is a darker shadow of where the native hair grows, does this appear quickly after a HT?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Do you plan to keep a buzz cut your hair after HT?
The transplanted hair usually take 8-10 months for growth.Its possible to shave the scalp as early as 8-10 days after a FUSE/FUE HT.

Yes, I shave my head right now, and after my HT I hope to style my hair regular, not buzz cut it.

However, right now the top of my head is shinier than the sides. So it shows that my hair doesnt grow on top, I wonder how long before the shadow appears on top as well.

For the first 3-5 weeks after your procedure your newly grafted hair is going to be growing out with the rest of your hair, then they will shed (fall out) and you will be pretty much back to your look before your procedure, until the new growth starts at 3-4 months out.

I would definitely not shave my head after just 8 - 10 days. I still had some scabs even at 1 month. I would wait atleast a month before shaving my head.
