Since H&W introduced the concept of scalp exercises and I made the first ever video showing how to perform them several years ago we’ve had a lot of questions asking for more specifics. One question that comes to mind is “Do I really have to do them for 30 minutes straight?”
This video answers that question as well as provides some new information to make the exercises easier and at the same time more effective.
