Pete:
This guy has been preaching this for many years. He told me that I would not benefit at all from scalp exercises because I have had transplants. I do, however, believe that exercises may help - I don’t believe that they will help the the extent that he claims.

I dont think this will help to the extent as claimed either because the inflammatory aspects of hairloss need to be addressed first TOPICALLY.
I do feel a scalp massage which promotes bloodflow to the scalp should aid growth and it is a good adjunct alongside a topical regime.

Here is a variation of the scalp exercise that adds more resistance and builds the muscles more.

Sorry guys, I don’t exactly understand this SE. While trying to rapproach the palms, we must esist with the muscles of the scalp? Is that it? Or are only the palms moving and get the scalp skin to move without any kind of resistance?

Pete2, can you answer my question? When they say “retaining the pressure” what pressure are they talking about: palms or scalp muscles (to counteract the palms)?
Thanx.

Im not sure.
An easier way to stabilise/grow hair back would be to use a traditional scalp massage whilst using a topical.
