What would be the dose of saw palmetto equivalent to 1 mg finasteride? Do you guys think I could lower my finasteride daily intake from 2.5 mg to 1.5mg+the equivalent SP, just to soothe the side effects of Fin. Anyway, is SP+Fin a good combo? (I don’t believe that pygeum would be a good option for me since my estradiol levels are already too low.)

they say that 320mg Saw Palmetto is ideal, and tests that i have seen say increasing this has no additional benefit
make sure it is standardized Saw palmetto, the dosage has been tested and measured
For crying out loud…would you guys look into Alphastat already if the closest thing to Fin is what you’re looking for? :hungry:
