Interestingly balding men have the same number of hair follicles as guy with full heads of hair. The main difference is in the hair shaft diameter. Balding guys have vastly reduced hair shaft diameters compared to full haired men. See their pictures under the microscope of the 3 guys.

As a side note, Histogen seems to be on the right path. If hairs are growing in thicker, essentially they are reversing the process of baldness. They just need to speed up instead of dragging this out for years and years.

Thats actually quite incorrect. Histogen has in fact said it will be releasing to the asian market with the EXCEPTION of japan because japan has stricter regulations. From what i understand Japans regulations are closely in accordance to FDA approval standards.
