Personally,I would rather concentrate on what will help inflammation for that short period of time the shampoo is on your scalp.
So I would go for a shampoo that contains Piroctone Olamine and Tea tree oil and possibly menthol ( to boost bloodflow )
Do you know of any shampoo that reduces scalp dht?

Yes, I bought that shampoo - it smells good, foams nicely and dries the hair which is good in my opinion because dry hair looks thicker and fuller than oily hair. but I use it only once or twice a week - the recommendation is for 5 times a week (if I remember right). it’s a big bottle (180mL) so it lasts a long time - i’m still using the same bottle for more than half year. I like the ingredients list and I think i’ll buy another one when my current one is finished because it lasts so long. so that’s not so bad. the only one bad thing is that the bottle is designed to be upside down (head down) and it fell to me in the shower and the head was broken. i transferred the shampoo to another bottle so now i’m really pleased.
I bought it from amazon for just $27.

I add peppermint essential oil to my shampoo and noticed that it increased circulation. Not sure if helps hair growth.
Haven’t tried this product, I’m curious about it. Have to mention that I’m using something I love, which really helped me over about 3 months…naturalcrown. it’s a mineral formula topical spray…brillant.
