It took them 5 years to complete phase 1 trials which are usually safety trials.
So, probably it is safe to say second phase should take between 5-10 years as they still haven’t worked out the right protocol. And then a bit of phase 3.

Bear in mind they are not regenerating hair but merely rejuvenating them.
@Otter It looks like they said they can do both - rejuvenate and grow new follicles. Look at paragraph 6.
Not sure I believe them about this though, as we’ve seen no proof.
