He has quite a lot of terminal hair scattered throughout the (shaved) balding area; why not try 100% “gene therapy” first?

Agreed. We can go for gene therapy for 4-6 months.
But the front area has hardly any hair + the patient requirements indicated our course.
He will still remain on Gene therapy for his remaining hair in future.
